The Grommet eyelets would work well on any stress tie downs such as canvas or vinyl covers canopies, tarps, sleeping bags, pool covers, awnings, sails, or anything you might want to run a line through and not have it tear. I've used these hand tool grommets myself on my boat flags and they work well and have a nice appearance.

This Kit Includes 6 piece drop forged, zinc plated grommet punch hand tools. The tools can wear out or chip after a lot of use so I'm including 2 sets of tools & 200 total grommet pieces 1/2" I.D. rust-proof brass coated grommets 100 standard and 100 extra heavy Duty ones plus the hand tools & a plastic case. 1/2" I.D.
