It is a Professional quality and Metric NCG Long arm Rivet Nut hand Tool and a more heavy duty Rivet Riv Nut insert tool which can be used for Steel, Stainless Steel and Aluminum Rivet Nuts. You can tell just by picking it up that this Swivel Head Rivet Nut Tool is one of the better quality Riv nut tools. 

The NCG H9-3 has a 360 degree rotating head and It also has 5 different Metric size nose pieces and Mandrels or threaded rods which seems to be a quality improvement and go the full length through the Riveters head as seen in the pictures while other Rivet Nut Tools do not have full length rods. Sizes= (M-4, M-5, M-6, M-8, M-10).  With it's 3 in one capability this tool can also pull normal rivets 3.2 mm-6.4mm with 5 additional rivet nose pieces included. It can also pull rivet bolts with the purchase of the Rivet Bolt Mandrel set.

The Rivet Nut tool requires access to only one side of the work piece. The Riv Nut can be installed after painting or other final finishing operations. Its ideal for materials that can't be tapped or welded and can be used with Aluminum or Steel Rivet Nuts.

This Rivet Nut tool has very long handles for improved leverage and to reach difficult spots with it's 360 degree rotating head has pictured.

This Higher end Riv nut tool includes 5 different size Rivet Nut Mandrel rods (M-4, M-5, M-6, M-8, M-10). Plus it includes 5 rivet nose pieces 3.2 mm-6.4 mm, 3 wrenches, 2 nose piece adapters and a Case.
